The Star Store


Amazon created the Star Store in response to people shopping less frequently but more consciously due to the cost of living crisis. For the launch of the new site, we showed customers that low prices doesn’t have to mean low quality by utilising a shoppers most trusted tool, star ratings.







Radio

Carrying the star motif over into radio, we used provocative music and copy to romanticise the customer experience of falling in love with their product.







Case Study

There were so many moving parts to this campaign, and its evolving nature meant that each iteration could be updated and improved based on data learnings and trends.

In total, we produced 288 assets which went live in 5 locales across Europe, leading to 5 million visitors to the site in the first month [hooray!]
